LEARNING OUTCOMES

Graduates of the Arts Management Study Program are targeted to master the main skills as outcomes so that they can manage the arts professionally and still maintain professional ethics.

Curatorial

Graduates have basic understanding and procedural skills in curating fine and performing arts exhibitions. They are able to develop curatorial frameworks, build exhibition narratives, and understand the workflow and ethics in art curation practices.

Fine Arts Governance

Graduates are equipped with theoretical knowledge and principles of art management, including how to organize exhibitions, build networks with artists, and understand the dynamics of the art market. Graduates are able to analyze the art ecosystem critically and contextually.

Performing Arts Governance

Graduates master the concepts of performing arts management, both in terms of artistic and managerial planning. They also understand how performing arts interact with the public, sponsors and the art market at large.

Art Archives and Documentation

Graduates understand the importance of archiving and documenting art and culture as part of knowledge preservation and creation. They have conceptual knowledge and procedural skills in managing art archives systematically, both for institutional and curatorial purposes.

Art Laboratory

Through art laboratories, graduates gain practical experience in the production of artworks. They develop technical skills, collaborative abilities, and an understanding of cross-disciplinary creative processes that are important foundations of arts management work.

Creative Entrepreneurship

Graduates are able to recognize the potential of the creative industry and are able to design arts and culture-based businesses. With mastery of factual knowledge, graduates can develop entrepreneurial initiatives that are relevant, sustainable, and competitive in the national and global creative ecosystem.
